主要功能：

1、 内、外套圈自动上料，转笼式多料杆串料方式； 

2、 内、外套圈双滚道尺寸分别自动测量，并判断是否超差；

3、 标准件自动校对，偏差自动修正功能；

4、 内、外套圈各10组料库，分别储存和调用；

4、10组钢球库，选配计算后步进系统自动选择对应钢球；

5、 智能的操作系统、直观的人机对话界面，操作更方便、容易；

6、 10.1超大尺寸触摸屏，运行参数及状态信息同屏显示，一目了然。

 

结构特点：

1、 适用于外径ø22mm-ø90mm的双沟道轴承自动合套装球设计。

双滚道尺寸分别测量，超差产品在进入料库前剔除，不占用料库资源；

2、 使用最新优化的交叉簧式垂直测量台架，测量更精准；

3、 采用双滚道极差尺寸进行配套计算，对角接触类滚道特别

增加曲率误差补偿模式，游隙控制更精准；

4、 双滚道钢球分别填装，第二层滚道装球使用

专利托模技术，让填球平顺可靠；

6、所有元器件均使用精选配置，保证了设备长

期连续工作的可靠稳定。
