HSZY01/02 ------Auto double surfaces bearing grease injection machine
Major functions：
1、 Applicable for quick and accurate greasing of bearing with an external diameter of ø15mm-ø62mm.
2、 Two working modes--one surface grease injection or double surface grease injection. To set the first surface greasing as the front and back judgment of cage is acceptable.
3、 Circumscribed grease supply car provide high pressure oil supply. Precise quantitative valve control single amount of grease infusion.
4、 Stepper motor intelligently finds position of grease injection.
5、 Pervious to light type checking on the grease injection status after being injected.
6、 Manufacturing procedures: disc type feeder--located grease injection on the first side(or the front and back judgment of cage )-- turn over--located grease injection on the second side-grease injection check--NG ejection--qualified products being finished.
7、 Intelligent operating system, 7 inches true color touching screen , parameters and states information display at the same time, easy to operate.
